Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesAu sein du département Manufacturing Engineering et en interface avec le Program Core Team, l'apprenti(e) contribue à la définition, au développement et à la mise en oeuvre des procédés d'assemblage trimming.Il/Elle participe à l'atteinte des objectifs Qualité, Coût, Délai et Performance (QCDP) en support des activités d'industrialisation et d'amélioration continue.1. Développement Process & IndustrialisationParticiper à la définition des concepts d'assemblage (process flow charts, instructions de travail)Contribuer à l'implantation des lignes, à l'équilibrage et à l'optimisation des chargesParticiper aux analyses de temps (MTM) et à l'optimisation des temps de cycleÉvaluer la faisabilité process et les contraintes ergonomiques2. Qualité & APQPParticiper à la préparation et à la mise à jour des livrables APQP (PFMEA, plans de surveillance, standards opératoires)Contribuer aux analyses de risques process et au suivi des plans d'actionsParticiper aux démarches d'amélioration continue (qualité, productivité, réduction des rebuts)3. Interface Produit / ProcessContribuer à la mise en oeuvre des principes Design For Assembly (DFA)Participer à la proposition d'améliorations produit/process en cohérence avec les objectifs QCDP4. Support ProductionParticiper à la préparation des jalons industriels (Run@Rate, démarrage série)Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance5.
