Responsibilities

- Ensure commercial management of contracts during and after the guaranteed period
- o Customer interface for post PA projects
- o Identify and precisely define customer requests.
- o Meet customer requirements.
- o Prepare the submission of the offer with the help of internal ASN departments.
- o Participate to customer meetings.

· Ensure follow-up of actions requested by customers.
· Deal with all recurring malfunctions observed during the life of the project until they are resolved. (Internal & external)· Contribute and be a source of proposals for the development of new services.· Develop commercial relationships by participating in Submarine Telecom conferences.· Contribute to the development of marketing tools and materials.
Assist Sales & Marketing-Technical Bids for Services offers evaluations.

- Interface with PMO Services for reporting purpose
