As the Cybersecurity Team Lead, you will BE responsible for building and leading a new team focused on securing our submarine networks. You will play a critical role in defining the security strategy, implementing security controls, and ensuring the overall protection of our customer infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Security Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for submarine networks, aligned with industry best practices and ASN's business objectives.
- Security Architecture : Design and implement secure network architectures for submarine cable systems, incorporating security controls at all levels.
- Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Security Operations : Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management activities.
- Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on security initiatives.
- Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the security posture of ASN's submarine networks.
